Use the Photos
How It Works
All photos are shot because I love the music, not as a work-for-hire. That means I hold the copyright on every image. If you want to use a photo commercially or in press coverage, you'll need a license. It's how this operation stays alive.
Bands always get their photos for free. That's not changing. Licensing is for everyone else: blogs, publications, brands, and promoters who want to use the work.
News articles, blog posts, music press, concert reviews, interviews, and non-commercial online content. The image is used to inform or report, not to sell a product or service. Credit must be given.
Advertising, merchandise, promotional campaigns, product placement, venue marketing, and any use where the image promotes a product or business. Requires a commercial license and direct discussion.
Pricing
For personal blogs, fan pages, small music sites, and social media posts. Low-volume, non-commercial, online-only usage.

Drop an email with the image(s) you want to use, where you're planning to use them, and for how long. I'll get back to you within a day or two. No forms, no gatekeeping, just a conversation.
photos@bubin.ioAll licenses are single-use unless otherwise agreed. Unlicensed use of any image is a violation of copyright and will be pursued accordingly. Bands who receive free photos are granted personal non-commercial use only. Band merch, ads, or brand partnerships require a commercial license.
